We could not have asked for better weather this weekend. Sunny. 60's. It's all a big tease for what is soon to come (I don't even want to think about it.)
I spent a lot of time this weekend thinking about our neighbor who died this week. During the visitation and funeral there were so many heartfelt stories of how wonderful he was. It made me realize I had missed out by not knowing him very well.
I think the thing that tore me up the most was seeing all of the neighbor kids exit the church with tears in their eyes. Cancer is so cruel.
